Who can I ask for help with my order?

What if I don't know my Size?

Accurate measurements are key to finding the right fit for your evening gown. Evening wear tends to run smaller than everyday clothing, so relying solely on your usual shopping size might result in an ill-fitting garment. We highly recommend referring to our size chart and measuring yourself carefully to determine the best size for you.

How do I change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via the contact form with your order number and the requested changes. Alternatively, you can email us at asiyahdressesau@gmail.com. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make any adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already started production, invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company. Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please reach out via the contact form with your order number and the requested changes. Alternatively, you can email us at asiyahdressesau@gmail.com.While we will endeavour to fulfill your request to cancel your order, if the parcel has begun production, been invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company. Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

Was my order successfully placed?

Please check your email as an order confirmation will be sent through to you with your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact asiyahdressesau@gmail.com and we provide further assistance with your order process.

Can I cancel or get a refund for made-to-order dresses?

For garments that require production, it typically takes 8-20 business days to make them. These garments are made to order, which means we cannot cancel the order once the garment-making process has begun. Additionally, all dresses that are made to order or require production time are non-refundable. We contact customers via email to confirm the dress timeframe. However, if there is no communication, the dresses begin production. If you have any issues please contact asiyahdressesau@gmail.com.

Are customs and duties included in my order total?

Any applicable customs, duties or taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.  We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties fees.
